Complaint
Acceptance Guidelines
The Better Business Bureau
Watchdog of Florida will process any and all complaints as long as they
are not anonymous. You must include your contact information, with a valid
telephone number.
All complaints must include
a company name and sufficient information to forward the complaint to the
company.
The complaint must involve
a consumer-to-business or business-to-business transaction that relates
to a product or service that they provide in the State of Florida.
We will post legitimate
complaints regarding:

employment practices
-
allegations of discrimination
or violation of statutory/constitutional rights
-
the professional services or procedures conducted by health care professionals, lawyers, contractors,
etc.

matters which are, or have previously been, in litigation
However, The Better Business Bureau Watchdog of Florida DOES post LEGITIMATE complaints concerning
billing practices for services or procedures.
Our purpose is to serve all
who need our help in protecting their rights as American citizens.

The Better Business Bureau
Watchdog of Florida does not engage in debt collection activities - This
is not our purpose.
Our funds for operations
come from public donations and from membership fees from those companies
and individuals who would like to join our company to help fight and protect
the rights of the middle and lower class.
